Our shipping calculator estimates shipping costs based on the zip code entered. The rates that are shown will always have the least expensive option shown at the top of the list of rates.To keep shipping costs low, we regularly negotiate the best possible rates with both UPS and Fedex. Please note that residential delivery rates are often higher than those for commercial delivery.
All orders received will ship out within a 24 hour period during business hours. Orders received on a Friday afternoon will ship on Monday. If an order is received before 10:00am EST. and you need overnight shipping, you must contact customer service at 877-7DISPLAY (877-734-7752) to discuss it. There is no guarantee that we will be able to get that order out for next business day delivery.
Orders placed for in-stock items with expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) before 10:00am EST should be shipped the day they are placed. Expedited orders placed after 10:00am EST will be shipped the following business day.
Examples (Applicable to in-stock items only):
- An order shipped Next Day Air will arrive on the next business day after you receive your shipping confirmation. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, it will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. If you place an order on Friday before 10:00am EST, it will be delivered on Monday (not Saturday).
- An order shipped 2nd Day Air will be delivered on the second business day after you receive your shipping confirmation. For example, if you place an order on Thursday at 9pm EST, it will ship on Friday and arrive the following Tuesday.
- An order shipped 3 Day Select will arrive on the third business day after you receive your shipping confirmation. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday at 11am EST, it will ship on Wednesday and be delivered the following Monday.
We offer UPS ground and FedEx ground services.
Unless otherwise specified, all LTL (truck) shipments will ship via UPS Freight, Federal Express Freight, New Penn, Ward and Campbell’s Express. Freight is prepaid and is included in the merchandise invoice. Small package orders will ship via U.P.S. or Federal Express Ground.
If the order is delivered via Freight, customer may receive an additional upcharge from the freight company due to one or more of the following: Lift Gate services are needed, Residential delivery, Hand unload, or Call before delivery request. Customer is responsible for these accessorial charges incurred.
If delivery attempt is made and there is nobody present to receive shipment, customer is responsible for additional cost of re-delivery charges by the freight company.
Note: For shipments to Canada, price shown does not include taxes, duties or broker's fees. Those payments will be made by the customer.
If you are outside the continental United States and Canada, you can not place your order via our internet site. Your order must be emailed to email@example.com and must include quantities, style numbers, descriptions and preferred shipping method. DisplayDispensary.com ONLY accepts international payment via wire transfers. International credit cards and checks are not accepted. You must list your airfreight account number along with the carrier and include all freight charges in your payment to our bank.
International orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the U.S., and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. law. DisplayDispensary.com makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S.
