RETURN POLICY

Your total satisfaction is our goal. At DisplayDispensary.com, we stand behind our products and guarantee that they are free of factory defects.

DisplayDispensary.com understands that certain purchases may need to be returned, however, no merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from our customer service department.

  • DisplayDispensary.com will only accept returns within 30 days of invoice date.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • The Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the return label.
  • We must receive the returned items unused, in original factory condition and in their original cartons.

Please Note: Due to interstate commerce laws pertaining to the sale of cannabis, FlowerBoxes, or other products that have been in contact with cannabis cannot be returned. 

  • Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, credit will be issued within 7-10 business days in the same manner in which payment was made.
  • Please keep a record of the return shipment tracking number for future reference

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact cs@DisplayDispensary.com and request a return authorization number. A customer service team member will contact you to discuss the nature of your return. You will receive shipping instructions via email shortly thereafter.
